EP 40 | Shooting From Water, Editorial Transformations & Nat Geo Covers w. Photographer Zak Noyle
If you are interested in learning surfing photography from a pro? Well your in luck.
On this episode I am excited to be sharing a conversation I had with the amazingly talented photographer Zak Noyle. Zak would have to be one of the most well known surf photographers around today. Over the years his photography has been published on the front cover and inside just about all good surf magazines including recently finding its way to the front page on National Geographic. He is an ambassador for Aquatech Water Housings, Lacie, RVCA and many others.
On this episode Zak and I will be talking about how he got into photography, tips and advice for photographers about shooting from the water, the transformation he has seen in surf editorials, the importance of challenging yourself, how he got to working so closely with brands like RVCA, the story behind his national geographic cover, dealing with negative headspaces and so much more.
