EP 10 | Lessons Learnt, Feelings Of Inadequacy & More w. Trent Mitchell

If you are wanting to learn about photography industry trends and the future of photography then you are in luck!

Trent Mitchell is undoubtedly one of Australia’s best. Not only is he amazingly talented behind the lens but he is also one of the nicest guys going around. Trent’s work has graced the pages of just about every good surf magazine there is, and has won more awards than I have time to mention. Some recent people and brands Trent has worked with are:

Leica Australia,  Google, Red Bull International, Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, Nikon Australia, Patagonia, Rusty Womens, New Balance, Lulu Lemon Athletica, Surf Stitch, Bellroy,  Rip Curl, Surf Dive ‘n’ Ski, Kellogg’s Australia, and Rhythm Garments- just to name a few.

On this episode Trent talks about how he got to being the photo editor for surfing life magazine, things he has learnt about the industry, the best advice he has ever received and we even discuss how hard it can be to get over feelings of inadequacy.
